Saraswati Institute of Engineering & Technology - Online Grievance Cell (SIET-OGC) was constituted to probe into the student grievances. The cell attempts to address genuine problems and complaints of students whatever be the nature of the problem.


  • To ensure a fair, impartial and consistent way for redressal of various issues faced by the stakeholders.
  • To uphold the dignity of the college by promoting cordial Student-Student relationship, Student-teacher relationship, and teacher-teacher relationship.
  • To develop a responsive and accountable attitude among the stakeholders, thereby maintaining a harmonious atmosphere in the college campus.
  • To ensure that grievances are resolved with complete confidentiality.
  • To ensure that the views of grievant and respondent are respected and that any party to a grievance is not discriminated or victimised.
  • To ensure stakeholders to respect the rights and dignity of one another

Lodging And Redressal Procedure

Following are the steps to Lodge the Complaints
  1. Click the following link to open the SIET-OGC
  2. Any staff or student may create their account online using their email and mobile number.
  3. He/she can fill the complain form avalilable in the software
  4. The committee members will see your application and get understand nature of complain before complain to the authority
  5. If the complain found genuine then it will pass to concern authority
  6. Now authority will take action and will give their feedback in written to the admin of SIET-OGC.
  7. Admin of SIET-OGC will enter the update in the software
  8. Now you can personally see the update into you account
  9. Note: The complainant must abide by the term and privacy before complain.
